Shape up for your summer bod!

 We all love to indulge in a few treats here and there but still hope for that perfect body. I've taken a keen interest in healthy eating and exercise recently and surprisingly have seen change already. Not only does it help keep you fit but it also helps your skin and body feel hydrated and refreshed. I have a few tips that I'd like to share that helped me lose them unwanted pounds and hope they can help you too.
  1. Drink water. This may seem like an obvious for most but this is the main key to achieving a good body Aim to have a glass of water for every pound you weigh.
  2. Eat Breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. It helps speed up your metabolism and helps kick start your day.
  3. Exercise. Aim to exercise ATLEAST 3 times a week for about 40 mins. Do as much cardio as you can. 
  4. Avoid white bread, fried food and sugary goods. You are allowed a treat once in a while but remember to not get carried away. If you are a lover of all things sweet aim to have only ONE treat a week. 

Exercise options: 
If you are not a fan of the gym Pilates, spinning classes, yoga and swimming could be some useful alternatives for you.

Indoor workout:

5 sets of...
  • Jumping Jacks x50
  • Squat jumps x15
  • Crunches x10
  • Calf Raises x15
  • Push ups x20
  • Lunges x10
This may seem like basic information to you but if you can stick to this properly I'm sure you will see results in your body. I hope this helps! Stay focused!
