- Drink water. This may seem like an obvious for most but this is the main key to achieving a good body Aim to have a glass of water for every pound you weigh.
- Eat Breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day. It helps speed up your metabolism and helps kick start your day.
- Exercise. Aim to exercise ATLEAST 3 times a week for about 40 mins. Do as much cardio as you can.
- Avoid white bread, fried food and sugary goods. You are allowed a treat once in a while but remember to not get carried away. If you are a lover of all things sweet aim to have only ONE treat a week.

If you are not a fan of the gym Pilates, spinning classes, yoga and swimming could be some useful alternatives for you.
